Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping delivers within 3-7 business days from the processing date. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or remote locations may affect delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier website.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@vizibuy.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@vizibuy.com. We can only update the address before the order has shipped.
