Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Safety Product Restrictions

For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened:

• Personal safety alarms that have been activated
• First aid kits with broken seals
• Emergency water filters that have been used
• Any product that has been installed or used

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@vizibuy.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will send you a return authorization and return shipping address.
3. Package the items securely with all original packaging and accessories.
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us immediately at info@vizibuy.com. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following the standard return process.
